Ms DeVil, for your consideration.
Just a sketch of an upcoming mini-project I masterminded:
Taking the villains of Disney and re-creating them into modern people or even extreme personalities.
The first sketch I did was this one, of Cruella DeVil... I decided to make her an heiress, or a socialite of some sort with an obsession with furs and animals.
Done in mechanical pencil with alterations in Photoshop.
Colored version might come later with a better version.
The drawing, I might add, was done with NO references at all - it might seem like this design came from the film with Glenn Close, but I thought of it all myself.
I also tried a little bit of a different style with her. Tell me whatcha think!
