Holy crap! I thought this was a photo until I enlarged it! You've really captured the fantastic range of shades needed to relate depth and shape, as well as placing the highlights very well to give that bright pop to the eyes.
The dramatic arrangement of the piece, the way you've focused on her eyes and how you've centered this image is very striking and lends itself very well to the image indeed.
If I was to say anything nearly close to negative, I'd say put more effort into the details of the chains and jewelry (although, the eyes are so striking, you'd never even notice if you weren't actively critiquing!)
The contours are very well blended, there's hardly a giveaway pencil stroke to be seen. I wish more queens were seen here on dA, because they are such incredibly beautiful and fascinating subjects. Very well done!
